Skansen

Skansen is Sweden’s, and the world’s, oldest open-air museum, founded in 1891. Here, cultural history, nature and animals come together in environments that reflect different parts of Sweden. The park features historic buildings and farms, Nordic wildlife and traditional crafts. Throughout the year, Swedish traditions and seasonal celebrations are also highlighted, from spring to winter.

This is also the starting point for the products in The Skansen Shop. The range has a clear connection to what exists on site, with materials, motifs and traditions that continue to live on.
