Do you want to return a product?

Fill out the return slip that came with your item. Please let us know why you want to return the item. Your opinion is important to us and we are constantly working to improve.

Pack the items in the original packaging in the box they came in or some other suitable packaging. You can return multiple items in the same package. Please provide the order number.

Address the package to the following address:

Drop off the return package at the nearest postal agent.

Returns of goods must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. The right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards, edible items, and hygiene products.

We will refund the amount within 14 days from the date we receive your return. It may take up to three business days after our deposit before the refund appears in your account. We do not refund return shipping and other shipping fees.
