Please complete the return form that was included with your order. You are welcome to let us know the reason for your return. Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve.

If you have misplaced the return form, you can download and print it here.

Pack the items in their original packaging and in the box in which they were delivered, or in another suitable outer package. You may return several items in the same parcel. Please remember to include your order number.

Right of Withdrawal and Extended Return Period

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day you received the item.

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Skansen offers an extended return period of 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that the item is returned in essentially unchanged condition and in its original packaging.

The right of withdrawal and the extended return period do not apply to gift cards, food items, or sealed hygiene products where the seal has been broken.

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date we receive your return, or from the date you provide proof that the item has been sent back. It may then take up to three business days before the refund appears in your account. Return shipping costs and other delivery charges are not refunded.
