Visiting address: Djurgårdsslätten 49, 115 21 Stockholm

For those coming by bike, there are bike lanes all the way. See how to easily cycle here with the help of Stockholm City's bike map.

Car

The parking options in connection with Skansen are few. Parking is available on southern Djurgården and in the Museum Park, but the number of spaces is limited. Three parking spaces for the disabled are available inside Skansen, entrance through Sollidsporten. Please note the risk that the spaces may become fully occupied, in which case the nearest parking is the public parking lots outside the Skansen area.

Public transport and taxis can drive in via Sollidsporten to pick up and drop off guests at Skansenberget; the order address for taxis and public transport is then Sollidsbacken 9.

Closure of Djurgårdsvägen

Please note that Djurgårdsbron is closed to vehicle traffic from April 22 to September 30, on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays between 10 AM and 5 PM. The closure applies from the sign at Djurgårdsbron heading towards Djurgården. The closure does not apply to buses, taxis, vehicles with a valid disability permit, or vehicles with a passage permit.
