Your goods will be delivered within 2-4 business days to the nearest Post Nord or DHL agent (subject to change).
Purchases over 1000 kronor are without shipping costs. Orders under 1000 SEK incur a shipping fee of 79 SEK (with reservation for changes).
You can also choose to pick up your products in our store without a shipping fee.You can return your item within 14 days. You fill out the return slip and send the item back. Here you can read more about how to make a return.
If you want to exchange an item you ordered, you must return the item you wish to exchange. Then you will get your money back minus the return fee. You will then need to place a new order for the size or product you wish to exchange for. Please note that you have the right to cancel within 14 days from the day you received your product.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us and get your money back, minus the return fee. Please note that you will have to cover the shipping costs back to Skansen yourself. Please let us know why you want to return the item. Your opinion is important to us and we are constantly working to improve.
Follow the steps below to make a return:
1) Fill out the return slip that is included in your package. You can also print it out here.
2) Return the items in the box they were originally packed in or any other suitable box. The items themselves need to retain their original packaging (including packaging materials, documentation such as instructions, accessories, labeling, etc.).
3) You can return multiple items in the same package. Please enter the order number.
4) Address the package to the following address:

6) We will refund the amount within 14 days from when we receive the return. It may take up to three business days after our deposit before the refund appears in your account.We do not refund return shipping and other shipping fees!
Items purchased in-store can only be returned in-store.
We will refund the amount within 14 days from the date we receive the return.
You can always return an item in different packaging if the box is damaged or if you accidentally threw it away. The product itself, however, must be sent in its original packaging.
If you no longer have the original packaging for the item, there may be a depreciation in value upon return, and we may then deduct an amount from your refund.
When you shop with us, a return slip is included with your order. Do you want to return an item but no longer have the return slip? Then you can download it here.
If you still have the right of withdrawal, it is of course fine to return it even if the original box is missing. You have the right of withdrawal for 14 days from the day you receive your product. Pack the package as well as you can so that it holds up during the entire shipping to our returns department. If you have lost your return slip, you can retrieve it here. Our returns department will refund you within 14 days.
There may be a depreciation of the product when we receive it back. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis. If this happens, a price deduction will be made, which will be deducted from your refund.

Yes, as long as the order has not been dispatched from the store, you can cancel your order. Email webshop@skansen.se and we will cancel the order, provided it hasn't already left the store's warehouse.
