- Wool has natural dirt-repellent properties, reducing the need for frequent washing. To freshen up the throw, it’s often enough to hang it outside in humid weather for airing. Machine wash at 30 degrees on a wool program only. Wash separately. Iron at medium temperature. Do not tumble dry. Do not use bleach.
