Also works beautifully as a vase for a bouquet or for storing kitchen utensils on the countertop. Suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction and gas. Enamel is sensitive to sudden temperature changes and high heat. Heat the jug slowly with liquid inside, starting at a low temperature and increasing gradually. If it overheats, let it cool down on its own – never run it under cold water, as this may damage the enamel. Never use it empty on a heat source or leave it unattended.
