Överstekvarn
Överstekvarn is a family-run business from Gotland, managed by Gary and Anna Mathers together with their children. After spending several years abroad, the family moved to Gotland in 2011 to live closer to nature and fulfill their dream of a small-scale rural life. There, they began cultivating, refining, and creating flavorful products rooted in the Gotland landscape.
Since its beginnings, Överstekvarn has grown with care. From their own fields and greenhouses, they harvest ingredients that are transformed into products shaped by Gotland’s craft traditions, pure flavors, and a passion for food made with thoughtfulness.
