Munka Sweden

Munka Tenn is a Swedish brand rooted in the village of Munka Ljungby in southern Sweden. The company began in the 1980s and has, since 2016, been run by the family-owned business Mr Fredrik AB, which also owns Gusums Messing and Mr Fredrik. From 2024, the brand is officially named Munka Tenn, reflecting our dedication to handcrafted pewter products.

Munka Tenn combines classic design inspired by historical styles with modern Swedish aesthetics. The collection includes everything from timeless candlesticks to contemporary home decor items – all crafted from lead-free, food-safe pewter. Our pewter is renowned for its highly polished, glossy surface, achieved through expert craftsmanship and meticulous finishing.
