Knäck & Bräck

Knäck & Bräck is a family-run company with roots in the countryside of Västergötland, where it all began in the autumn of 2008 in Östra Tunhem, just outside Falköping. In their own bakery, crispbread and rusks are made using grains such as spelt and emmer, with flour sourced from nearby farms. The recipes are simple, with no additives, sugar or yeast, allowing the ingredients to speak for themselves.

The baking moves between tradition and their own variations, with shapes and flavours that are slightly different from the ordinary.
