Grännaknäcke
Grännaknäcke is traditionally baked crispbread from the heart of Gränna, where craftsmanship meets quality and Swedish ingredients are a priority. The recipe has its roots in the 1990s, when it was developed through experimentation in the bakery of the renowned café Fiket. The crispbread quickly became a favorite, and since 1999, Grännaknäcke has stood on its own, run by Sara Winblad and her family since 2017.
In addition to crispbread, they also bake rusks, biscuits, and other treats, always with the same dedication to craftsmanship. Whenever possible, Swedish ingredients are used, and everything is made by hand – a true artisanal delight to enjoy with a clear conscience.
